Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to JX Learning (the LMS operated by JX Modifications) at lms.jxmodifications.co.uk. By signing in you agree to them.

1. Access

Access is by Discord sign-in only. You must be a member of the JX Discord server and hold the required Discord role. Course access is granted by Discord roles, not by purchase on this website.

2. Your account

Your LMS account is created automatically on first successful Discord login. You are responsible for the Discord account you use to sign in and for keeping that account secure.

3. Acceptable use

You must not share course content outside authorised members, attempt to bypass role or access controls, disrupt the service, or misuse another member’s account. We may suspend or blacklist accounts that break these rules.

4. Course content

All course materials remain the property of JX Modifications. Access is licensed to you while you hold the relevant Discord role. We may update, add, or remove courses and lessons at any time.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the LMS available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, Discord outages, or hosting issues may affect sign-in or course playback.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the LMS after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
